The purpose of the International Arbitration in Construction and Infrastructure is to resolve disputes in the construction and infrastructure sectors, to unite specialists who uphold high standards of professional qualification, expertise, and ethics, and to support their ongoing professional development and advancement.
Types of arbitrable disputes
In accordance with the laws of Mongolia, the International Arbitration in Construction and Infrastructure shall settle disputes arising out of construction- and infrastructure-related contracts and agreements, where the parties have expressly referred such disputes to its jurisdiction by an arbitration agreement, except for disputes reserved for the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
